Design and implement cloud-native, AI-augmented full-stack geospatial applications. Build frontend interfaces, serverless backends, RESTful APIs and microservices; integrate AI/ML and enterprise GIS; ensure automated testing, security guardrails, CI/CD, and collaborative agile development.

Support implementation and optimization of pavement management systems, analyze pavement condition data (PCI, IRI, distress, structural), develop maintenance and rehabilitation strategies, prepare technical deliverables, manage projects and client coordination, and support pavement design, specifications, and QA/QC.

Design, build, and operate enterprise-scale multi-cloud infrastructure (primarily Azure, also AWS). Implement IaC (Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation), CI/CD (GitHub Actions), monitoring, security/compliance, FinOps, automation scripting, and platform engineering to support reliability, performance, and AI/ML workloads.
