Design electrical systems (power distribution, lighting, telecom, grounding, specialty systems) for Federal and DoD facilities. Perform analysis, prepare construction documents/specifications, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, support field investigations/commissioning, use Revit/BIM and electrical analysis software, mentor junior staff, and support proposals and client engagements.

Leads enterprise technology sourcing across software, cloud, SaaS, telecommunications, managed services, and professional services. Manages RFPs, supplier evaluations, complex negotiations, IT contract lifecycles, renewals, supplier governance, spend analytics, benchmarking, and category strategies. Delivers cost savings and total cost of ownership improvements while partnering with IT, Finance, Legal, Security, HR, and business stakeholders. Also advances procurement efficiency through automation, AI-enabled tools, analytics, and formal vendor performance management.

Leads FEMA Individual Assistance and disaster recovery programs for state, local, tribal, and territorial clients. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, staffing, budgets, deliverables, performance, compliance, and client relationships. Advises government officials on survivor services, housing assistance, disaster case management, and recovery strategies. Develops scalable operational models, mitigates program risks, supports mobilization and business development, and coordinates with FEMA, emergency management agencies, communities, and partner organizations. Travel to disaster-affected locations is required.
