The Software Engineer develops dynamic web and software applications for healthcare professionals using C#, ASP.Net, and SQL, ensuring adherence to technical requirements and standards.

Provides technical leadership for an agile engineering pod supporting data applications. Responsibilities include co-owning the technical roadmap, overseeing delivery, delegating work, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, designing and troubleshooting systems, and ensuring secure, scalable solutions. The role leads data ingestion and ETL development, collaborates across architecture, security, DevOps, and QA functions, and applies data engineering, analytics, quality, and integrity practices.

Own end-to-end delivery of MGMA's web platform (marketing site, member/customer portals, integrations). Maintain backlog, write user stories and acceptance criteria, drive PDLC execution, partner with design/engineering/analytics, run experimentation, manage vendors and a small team, and measure product outcomes to optimize conversion, accessibility, and performance.
