Drive net-new acquisition and land-and-expand growth for mid-market hotel groups. Manage pipeline, forecast accurately, run demos, multi-thread deals across stakeholders, close 5k+ MRR deals, partner with Customer Success for expansion, and represent Mews at industry events.

As Director of Product and Engineering, you will lead the Long Stays product segment, driving strategy, product development, and technical direction, while managing a small team to achieve key commercial metrics and enhance customer experiences.

Lead Legal Operations and Legal Tech to redesign workflows, implement and optimise CLM and AI-enabled tooling, build knowledge systems and dashboards, manage budgets and outside counsel spend, and drive cross-functional transformation to scale a lean Legal & Compliance function.
