Review and evaluate Group Life claim submissions for accuracy and completeness, process payments, respond to beneficiaries and policyholders via phone and written communications, ensure regulatory compliance and quality standards, mentor reviewers, and complete mandatory training and support tasks within turnaround times.

Screen and process incoming Group Life claims and related mail, enter and update claims in the FEGLI system, handle claimant calls and correspondence, produce letters, perform peer reviews, and meet quality and production metrics.

Support the Product Manager for Disability & Absence by analyzing operations and data, defining product requirements and user stories, prioritizing roadmaps, and partnering with Operations and Technology to deliver solutions. Drive business cases, benefit realization, and explore automation and AI opportunities to improve efficiency and customer outcomes in an Agile environment.
