Leads the design and development of complex mechanical systems and components from concept through production. Performs advanced FEA, CFD, structural, thermal, vibration, and failure analyses; oversees prototyping, testing, and validation; mentors engineers; leads design reviews and cross-functional projects; collaborates with manufacturing, supply chain, customers, and suppliers; manages technical documentation, quality issues, regulatory compliance, process improvements, and product innovation.

The Senior Product Manager leads product strategy for environmental monitoring products, driving marketing plans, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.

Lead and manage the end-to-end customer complaint and escalation process. Ensure timely routing, investigation, resolution, and documentation of escalated issues while partnering cross-functionally to drive corrective actions and improve customer experience. Coach and develop a team, define SLAs, track KPIs, and report trends to senior leadership.
