The Senior Product Manager leads product strategy for environmental monitoring products, driving marketing plans, product launches, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business objectives.

Drives new revenue through customer acquisition and white-space market expansion. Identifies prospects, develops market penetration strategies, builds executive relationships, manages complex consultative sales cycles, negotiates contracts, and transitions new customers to account management. Partners with marketing, product management, technical sales, and operations on market entry initiatives, while providing competitive and customer insights to support growth and product planning.

Supports inbound and outbound sales through phone, email, and digital channels. Qualifies leads, follows up on opportunities, assists with straightforward transactions, manages assigned accounts, maintains CRM data, tracks pipeline activity, and collaborates with field sales, marketing, customer service, and operations teams. Develops product knowledge and supports customer retention, renewals, repeat business, and upselling under close supervision.
