Two-year rotational engineering development program placing participants in manufacturing roles (process, project, reliability, quality). Develop and improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot equipment, manage capital projects, lead change management, and pursue Lean Six Sigma certification. Participants rotate across sites, receive mentoring, and are placed into a full-time engineering role upon completion.

Entry-level manufacturing role performing weigh-up and packaging duties. Operate and set up packaging/weighing machinery, process and package materials to customer specifications, perform machine cleaning, complete paperwork, follow safety procedures, lift and move heavy materials, and support production operators.

Supports execution of tactical marketing deliverables and platform/product positioning. Assists market research, product launches, sales campaigns, technical literature, and cross-functional communication. Tracks market trends, competitive position, ROI, and supports regulatory and LSS improvement activities to drive profitable growth and margin targets.
