Two-year rotational engineering development program placing participants in manufacturing roles (process, project, reliability, quality). Develop and improve manufacturing processes, troubleshoot equipment, manage capital projects, lead change management, and pursue Lean Six Sigma certification. Participants rotate across sites, receive mentoring, and are placed into a full-time engineering role upon completion.

Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and transformation initiatives across ECC/S/4HANA. Act as strategic bridge between business and IT, facilitate workshops, define functional specifications, ensure solution quality, direct integrators and partners, manage testing, cutover, data migration, and hypercare, and drive continuous improvement and adoption while mentoring team members.
