The ITM Services Support I position involves managing ITM/ATM operations, providing technical support, vendor liaisons, and implementing new tools for a better member experience.

Lead data-driven growth initiatives to acquire and retain credit union members. Perform advanced segmentation, campaign and funnel analysis, behavioral targeting, and KPI tracking. Design loyalty programs, customer journeys, and engagement strategies using SQL, Python, visualization, and marketing automation to drive deposit growth and member profitability.
