Teams at Meritech

Provide remote technical support for Meritech, Knight, and Lafferty hygiene and dispensing equipment: troubleshoot issues via phone/email/chat, document tickets in CRM, process and route parts quotes, escalate complex problems, collaborate with sales/service/engineering, monitor failure trends, and contribute to knowledge base and SOP improvements.

Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls, perform accurate order entry and order management, collaborate with outside and inside sales, maintain customer relationships, analyze order/data to inform decisions, resolve customer issues, and support overall customer service and operational accuracy.

Manage relationships with channel partners and key accounts, track open orders and backlog, analyze sales/POS/inventory data, prepare account plans and presentations, support joint sales calls and trainings, and drive expansion opportunities to grow revenue and customer satisfaction.
