Oversee the company’s ESOP as a fiduciary, protecting employee-owner interests and ensuring compliance with ERISA, IRS, DOL, and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include plan administration, valuation oversight, regulatory filings, stakeholder communication, conflict resolution, transaction approval, performance reviews, and employee education. The trustee will coordinate with appraisers, recordkeepers, legal counsel, management, and other service providers while ensuring accurate share allocations, distributions, disclosures, and plan amendments.
