Own the end-to-end advisor experience strategy and product roadmaps for Mercer Advisors’ Aspen platform, including a joint roadmap with Avantos and Mercer-specific differentiation. Lead cross-functional product, design, engineering, data, BI, and enablement teams. Establish Advisor NPS, productivity, adoption, and client outcome metrics; prioritize initiatives; manage vendor partnerships; reduce workflow friction; and partner closely with advisors and business stakeholders to deliver measurable improvements.

Supports client service requests, researches and resolves client concerns, maintains client information in a CRM, completes administrative tasks, and assists with special projects. The intern works with local and centralized teams, follows compliance and risk procedures, ensures documentation requirements are met, and contributes to a positive client experience. This is a 10-week, full-time, in-office internship focused on professional development, mentorship, and financial services experience.

The Associate Wealth Advisor supports Senior Wealth Advisors by managing client relationships, preparing financial plans, and coordinating with experts to achieve client financial goals.
