As a Senior Curam Technical Consultant, you will deliver project implementations, create technical designs, resolve issues, and establish client partnerships. You will also develop and maintain Curam extensions and configurations within a JEE environment, ensuring successful delivery of social service solutions.

Manage and grow strategic pharmaceutical and biotechnology accounts by driving renewals, expansion revenue, adoption of MarketScan data and SaaS solutions, and long-term customer retention. Develop account plans, engage executive and cross-functional stakeholders, identify new use cases, lead strategic reviews, and navigate procurement, legal, privacy, compliance, and data-governance processes. Partner with product, analytics, research, delivery, and customer success teams to address client needs. Travel may reach 30%.

Implement and govern Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric by defining access controls, approval workflows, ServiceNow catalogues, and security compliance. Translate platform capabilities into auditable, ticket-driven services, troubleshoot agent and licensing issues, coordinate with security and Microsoft support, and maintain governance documentation, tracking, and production-readiness activities.
