Own end-to-end product design for MEDvidi’s AI Track, designing provider-facing clinical tools and patient systems. Develop human-AI interaction patterns, gather requirements independently, validate designs, collaborate with product and engineering, conduct design acceptance, and analyze post-release outcomes. Build functional prototypes in the existing codebase using AI tools, and contribute reusable Storybook components, tokens, and documentation to the design system. The role requires hands-on work in complex interfaces and regulated healthcare environments.

Lead MEDvidi’s product and engineering organization across product management, engineering, design, data, and product marketing. Define and execute an AI-first product strategy, oversee multiple product tracks, drive company-level OKRs, improve execution and culture, and partner with the CEO on strategic initiatives. The role requires hands-on AI product expertise, executive communication, behavioral design, data-driven decision-making, and leadership of large cross-functional teams.
