Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and executive stakeholders on complex enterprise opportunities. Oversees discovery, solution design, demonstrations, technical validation, RFPs, business cases, and customer engagements. Advises senior decision-makers, translates technical needs into business value, develops enablement assets, and communicates customer and market insights to influence product and revenue strategy.

Lead Medispend's Global Transparency software and managed services, ensuring compliant regulatory reporting, operational excellence, customer delivery, and team performance. Drive governance, cross-functional collaboration, product feedback, and strategic client engagement to improve automation, scalability, and customer retention within a regulated life sciences environment.
