Directs hotel sales and events activities, including group booking, client relationship management, market-share growth, occupancy and ADR improvement, revenue maximization, and sales team oversight. Develops business pipelines, conducts site inspections, prepares proposals and contracts, coordinates group events, and represents the hotel through networking, trade shows, and sales calls. Ensures excellent guest satisfaction and collaboration across hotel departments.
