Lead and scale McAfee’s creative operations by defining multi-year strategy, capacity planning, workflow governance, technology selection, vendor management, and performance analytics. Own cross-functional integration, SLA standards, budget forecasting, and team development while mentoring a BAU Campaign Coordinator and driving process optimization and automation to enable world-class creative output.

Partner with senior leaders to build scalable opex and headcount financial models, lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, apply AI, automation, and analytics to improve forecasting and reporting, develop executive-ready dashboards and recommendations, and own end-to-end FP&A projects with minimal oversight.

Lead SOC incident detection, analysis, containment, and remediation. Perform threat hunting, root cause analysis, and threat intelligence monitoring. Drive security automation, cloud and application security improvements, mentor cross-functional teams, document incidents, and support incident response and remediation efforts.
