Lead cross-functional program management for one or more autonomous vehicle platforms. Set timelines, manage budgets, identify dependencies and risks, coordinate stakeholders across Safety, Engineering, Autonomy, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations, and drive programs from product definition through launch while prioritizing safety and quality.

Lead a team of safety engineers to define and execute AV safety strategy across development, simulation, testing, and deployment. Apply UL4600/ISO standards, develop safety cases, set safety metrics (SPI), manage safety plans and artifacts, train engineers, and coordinate with partners and stakeholders to validate ML models and ADS integration for safe public-road operation.

The Director of System Safety oversees safety functions for autonomous vehicles, managing safety cases, deployment plans, and regulatory relationships while leading a multi-disciplinary safety team.
