Lead company-wide transformation of test automation and quality engineering: define vision and roadmap, architect scalable testing frameworks across server/web/mobile/desktop, integrate AI/LLM for test generation and flakiness management, establish observability and quality gates, mentor engineers, and partner with leadership to embed quality across the SDLC.

Lead SRE to define SRE strategy, architecture, and roadmap; design and operate containerized, compliant cloud environments; build observability, incident management, automation, and developer platform capabilities; mentor SRE team and collaborate with security, compliance, and product teams to ensure reliability at scale.

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will collaborate with defense and intelligence agencies to deploy customized Mattermost solutions in secure environments, addressing complex operational challenges and integrating AI capabilities.
