Configure and administer athenaClinicals, monitor API changes, manage testing and rollouts, and troubleshoot synchronization issues. Evaluate AI and agentic tools that improve clinical workflows. Collaborate with clinical, operational, and athenahealth teams while maintaining technical documentation and supporting HIPAA-compliant healthcare data integrations.

Build and deploy AI-assisted workflow automations for clinical, care support, operations, and field teams. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, configuring AI tools and workflow logic, writing prompts, testing automations, monitoring performance, documenting configurations, creating training materials, and supporting adoption. The role partners with technical and non-technical stakeholders while following standards for responsible AI and protected health information.
