Design electrical control panels, MCCs, and VFD panels for industrial automation. Create PLC I/O schematics, panel layouts, three-line diagrams, cable schedules, BOMs, and construction scopes. Coordinate with clients, disciplines, OEMs, suppliers, and contractors; support installations, field start-ups, and bid walks. Ensure compliance with NEC (NFPA70), UL508A, and company standards. Hybrid Denver role with approximately 10% travel.

Lead DeltaV DCS automation design and delivery for pharmaceutical/biotech clients. Establish standards, develop templates and QA, mentor engineers, support sales/proposals, ensure compliant validated system designs, and provide technical leadership and training.

Lead multi-discipline and EPC projects from planning through completion, ensuring profitability, schedule and scope control, risk management, client communication, subcontract administration, construction oversight, budget/schedule maintenance, and coordination with stakeholders and accounting.

Design, evaluate, and improve industrial manufacturing processes (food, beverage, chemicals, refining). Lead projects, perform site visits and feasibility studies, support process safety (HAZOPs/PHAs), mentor junior engineers, collaborate with mechanical/electrical/automation teams, and help develop business opportunities and proposals.

Design, program, test, and commission PLC-based control systems. Develop PLC code and HMI graphics, prepare functional and test specifications, execute factory acceptance testing, and perform on-site commissioning and start-ups across multiple industries under senior mentorship.

Lead architectural design projects for industrial facilities, create contract documents and Revit models, maintain Revit standards, manage project budgets and schedules, supervise and mentor architects/designers, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, ensure project documentation and safety compliance, and support business development and team improvements.
