Assists with project controls training, departmental process improvement, and related planning and scheduling activities. The role may require local travel or travel to alternate industrial work sites.

Leads multidisciplinary industrial engineering, automation, systems integration, construction, and EPC projects from planning through completion. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, contracts, procurement, subcontractors, client relationships, and project performance. Coordinates engineering, construction, accounting, and client teams while ensuring contractual compliance, profitability, quality, and customer satisfaction. The role also supports business development, continuous improvement, and team development. Travel is required for industrial project and field activities.

Lead technical authority for Emerson DeltaV systems: architect, design, implement, troubleshoot, and commission complex DeltaV solutions across regulated manufacturing (pharma, biotech, food). Develop company-wide standards, reusable libraries, and mentor engineers while supporting project delivery from specification through startup and validation activities.

Design electrical control panels, MCCs, and VFD panels for low-voltage industrial systems. Create PLC I/O schematics, panel layouts, BOMs, motor three-line diagrams, cable schedules, and construction scopes. Coordinate with clients, OEMs, contractors, support field start-ups and bid walks, estimate project effort, and travel to client sites (~10%).

Designs, configures, tests, commissions, and supports ISA-88 batch automation solutions for industrial manufacturing clients. Develops batch recipes, control logic, HMI/SCADA interfaces, historian integrations, functional specifications, and test plans. Leads software testing, FATs, SATs, commissioning, start-up, troubleshooting, and client support. Coordinates with engineering teams, mentors junior staff, supports project estimates and proposals, and ensures reliable automation solutions across PLC, DCS, and batch management systems.
