Own the SentinelAgent clinical trial AI platform from early pilots through validated, multi-sponsor deployment. Responsibilities include product requirements, backlog and roadmap management, engineering coordination, regulated integrations, GxP validation, AI governance, privacy and security controls, release gates, auditability, and performance instrumentation. The role requires extensive eClinical product management experience, clinical systems integration literacy, knowledge of global regulations, and experience shipping locked-model AI products in validated environments.

Own user acquisition and full-funnel optimization across paid and organic channels. Design experiments, analyze cohorts and unit economics, improve conversion quality, build growth dashboards, and develop scalable acquisition strategies. Collaborate with product, operations, engagement, and leadership teams while coordinating campaign execution and creating a repeatable experimentation framework.

Lead the launch and ongoing marketing of Trial Relay, a physician-focused digital product. Plan and measure campaigns across email, social, search, and physician networks; create launch content; coordinate with product, growth, and provider engagement teams; incorporate physician feedback into product development; and track sign-ups, activation, and usage to optimize performance.
