Manages an established flexible benefits client portfolio, overseeing renewals, plan documentation, compliance, billing, claims, audits, and client satisfaction. Requires benefits knowledge, account management, regulatory awareness, strong communication, organizational skills, and a Life, Health & Accident license or the ability to obtain one within 90 days.

Provides compliance and regulatory support for insurance operations, including carrier and intermediary approvals, contracting, service agreements, producer agreements, business associate and nondisclosure agreements, surplus lines taxes, insurance licenses, carrier appointments, and market conduct matters. The role also involves client relationships, negotiation, problem resolution, team guidance, and occasional overnight travel.
