Leads scalable organic growth by optimizing prospect journeys, engagement, funnel progression, and conversion. Develops personalized outreach, nurturing, experimentation, AI-enabled experiences, dashboards, KPIs, and enablement tools for sales and advisor teams. Partners cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Digital, Product, Technology, Operations, and Analytics to execute growth roadmaps, improve CRM and automation capabilities, and drive measurable pipeline and client acquisition outcomes.

Conduct due diligence and evaluate public markets asset classes, maintain a focus list of recommended strategies, present recommendations to the Enterprise Investment Policy Committee, support advisors with manager searches and client meetings, produce research deliverables and educational materials, lead RFPs for large relationships, mentor associates, and support onboarding, conferences, and special projects.

Leads the design, delivery, and scaling of Motivational Interviewing-based Client Centered Communication training. Facilitates training for financial professionals, provides individual coaching, develops AI-supported transcript evaluation, establishes scoring standards, analyzes performance data, coordinates certification alignment, and supervises a CCC Instructor. The role partners with business leaders to embed communication competencies across the organization and strengthen advisor-client trust and engagement.
