Partners with product, engineering, data, architecture, identity, infrastructure, enterprise, and procurement teams to conduct threat reviews, develop secure-by-design patterns, assess vendors, implement guardrails, and manage risks. Translates security requirements into practical solutions, supports enterprise data strategy and M&A integration, and mentors teams as a trusted security advisor.

Leads technology and analytics instruction for wealth management advisors. Designs and delivers monthly education on AI, automation, productivity tools, digital client experiences, and data-driven decision-making. Manages academy data, reporting infrastructure, attendance, assessments, completion, and technology adoption metrics. Identifies performance gaps, supports development plans, communicates insights to leadership, and partners with IT, Innovation, Compliance, and business units to ensure current tools, protocols, and regulatory requirements are reflected in training.

Manages and implements options-focused investment strategies, monitors client accounts, researches holdings, develops tailored investment solutions, and executes trades across options, equities, and other asset classes. Responsibilities include portfolio rebalancing, account allocation, trade execution, process improvement, and communicating investment analysis and recommendations to advisors.

Leads functional-skills curriculum strategy, development, delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement across financial-services business units. Partners with leaders and subject-matter experts to define competencies, translate technical expertise into practical learning, facilitate in-person and virtual training, and assess learner performance. Develops scalable, evidence-based programs, capstone courses, and resources while supporting individualized development and expanding curriculum coverage across business domains.
