Lead climber foreperson responsible for training crews, performing tree climbing, pruning, rigging, removals, planting, bucket truck and chipper operations, and maintaining safety standards. Conducts tree assessments, identifies hazards and defects, recommends services, communicates with clients, mentors team members, and maintains work and safety records. Requires at least three years of tree climbing and arbor care experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong arboriculture knowledge. ISA Certified Arborist credentials are preferred.

Assists arborists with tree maintenance and removal, including safe pruning support, equipment operation, debris clearing, site cleanup, and worksite setup. Operates and maintains chainsaws, chippers, and stump grinders while following safety protocols. Requires physical stamina, outdoor work capability, teamwork, communication, a valid driver's license, and commitment to safety. Prior tree care or landscaping experience is preferred, with ongoing training provided.
