Build editorial standards, manage calendars, write newsletters and features, collaborate with advisors and engineers to integrate content into an AI platform, and support partnerships and social presence.

Lead a team of Travel Advisors to manage high-touch client relationships and execute complex luxury itineraries. Oversee bookings, supplier partnerships, crisis resolution, mentorship, and continuous improvement of service and processes.

Research and curate bespoke luxury travel experiences for members: develop customized itineraries, coordinate bookings and logistics with global suppliers, manage client relationships throughout the trip lifecycle, maintain CRM records, and stay current on luxury travel trends while managing multiple trips simultaneously.
