Build and deepen advisor/distribution relationships, advance complex COLI and non-qualified cases, manage pipeline using CRM, deliver market education, partner cross-functionally, and drive premium growth and territory performance while ensuring compliance and managing travel and expenses.

Drive life insurance sales in a defined U.S. territory by cultivating relationships with financial advisors and distributors, promoting John Hancock products (LifeCare, Vitality, Grail), building a sales pipeline, developing personal sales plans, collaborating with external wholesalers and internal teams, and contributing to sales campaigns and messaging.

Evaluate and manage the most complex, high-impact life insurance underwriting cases. Audit underwriting decisions and medical summaries, handle appeals, fraud referrals and contestable claims, train and mentor junior underwriters, assist management with risk research and process improvements, and serve as a subject matter expert to ensure policy compliance and service deadlines are met.
