Leads technical assessments, site surveys, feasibility studies, engineering design, project scoping, savings calculations, and investment-grade cost estimates for utility modernization, energy efficiency, and facility infrastructure projects. Develops technical recommendations and project economics, coordinates internal and external engineering resources, and supports design-build implementation, technical reviews, and incentive integration. The role combines office, remote, and client-site work with regular local and regional travel.

Develop roofing and building envelope designs, specifications, bid-ready documents, and cost estimates. Conduct inspections and technical assessments, manage multiple projects, coordinate with clients and contractors, maintain project records, and ensure constructability, compliance, and timely delivery.
