Lead technical assessments, feasibility studies, and engineering design for utility and infrastructure modernization projects. Conduct site surveys, develop scopes and investment-grade estimates, coordinate design resources, and support project implementation to improve facility performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Sell energy procurement and related facility solutions to SMBs through high-volume outreach, build pipelines, close contracts, analyze commodity performance, and coordinate execution with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Drive new business and grow large energy accounts by selling electricity, natural gas, and green energy procurement and solutions. Build C-level relationships, manage pipelines in Salesforce, analyze commodity contract performance, collaborate internally, and consistently exceed revenue targets with frequent travel to clients.

Develop and support BMS/SCADA applications across platforms (Niagara, Ignition, Wonderware, Distech, PLCs). Enforce engineering standards for programming, graphics, alarming, tagging, history, and databases. Provide remote technical support to project managers and field engineers, troubleshoot DDC/HVAC systems, and implement protocol integrations (BACnet, Modbus, Ethernet/IP, SNMP, MQTT).

Support planning and delivery of energy efficiency, utility, and infrastructure projects by conducting site surveys, performing engineering evaluations, developing scopes, cost estimates, feasibility studies, and design deliverables, and coordinating construction, procurement, schedules, and subcontractors under a Professional Engineer.

Develop roofing and building envelope designs, specifications, bid-ready documents, and cost estimates. Conduct inspections and technical assessments, manage multiple projects, coordinate with clients and contractors, maintain project records, and ensure constructability, compliance, and timely delivery.
