The Manager, Cost Accounting will lead a team, oversee cost accounting and inventory valuation, support budgeting and financial reporting, and drive cost efficiency improvements.

Manage and improve financial systems (NetSuite, FP&A, ERP), document data flows, translate business needs into requirements, support testing/troubleshooting, train users, liaise with IT and vendors, and ensure accurate financial data.

Participate in month-end close: prepare journal entries, reconcile accounts, manage retail revenue accounting, review and post invoices/payments, assist cash forecasting, support audits, improve systems and controls, and liaise between Retail and Accounting.
