Supports property hosts across Brazil and Spanish-speaking South America through data-driven outreach. Responsibilities include analyzing listing and pricing performance, conducting 10–20 outbound calls daily, presenting insights, addressing objections, maintaining CRM records, tracking goals, and sharing best practices. The role combines business development, junior account management, host education, and relationship building in a remote, phone-heavy environment.

Conduct high-volume outbound outreach to property hosts, using listing, pricing, and performance data to explain platform value and identify booking opportunities. Build relationships through calls, video meetings, and email; address objections; manage follow-ups and account information in CRM and communication tools; track goals and share insights with the team. The role is remote, full-time, six months, and focused on business development and junior account management.
