Prospect and qualify premium short-term rental property owners across North America through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and social media. Maintain lead and pipeline records in a CRM, schedule qualified meetings with the acquisition team, assess properties against program standards, and monitor luxury real estate trends. This is a remote, full-time W2 contract role requiring strong communication, outbound sales experience, CRM familiarity, and U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.

Lead advanced product analytics for a consumer product team by analyzing complex data, designing experiments, applying statistical and causal inference methods, developing metrics and reporting tools, and delivering actionable recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and senior leadership. The role requires strong Python or R and SQL skills, product analytics experience, AI-assisted analytics proficiency, and the ability to influence product strategy.

Own and optimize a global partnerships deal pipeline from prospect evaluation through negotiation and delivery. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, represent the organization with external partners, manage timelines and deliverables, and develop differentiated partnership strategies for specific customer segments, regions, and use cases. Partner with senior leadership on prioritization and engagement strategy while applying data-driven judgment, structured frameworks, and strong project management to complex deals.
