Own the technical vision and architecture for an AI platform of agents, skills, and tools. Scale retrieval/knowledge systems, build developer experience, orchestration, observability, and evaluation/feedback loops. Align cross-division engineering strategy and drive platform adoption.

Own an assigned enterprise territory and generate qualified pipeline through strategic, multi-channel prospecting. Engage director- and VP-level stakeholders in Maintenance, Operations, Reliability, and IT; expand buying-group coverage; conduct multi-threaded discovery; and partner with Account and Regional Directors. Success requires disciplined pipeline ownership, strong follow-through, and collaboration, with a path toward Account Executive or Account Manager roles.

Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to industrial maintenance and operations decision-makers across North America. Build phone, email, and LinkedIn sequences, qualify prospects, book meetings for Account Executives, maintain accurate Salesforce pipeline records, and follow up consistently. Partner with AEs to improve targeting and conversion. Success is measured by SQL attainment, pipeline ownership, and progression toward a closing sales role.
