Provide hands-on, white-glove onsite and remote IT support as the primary liaison to the Managed Service Provider. Manage the full procurement and contract lifecycle for a public-sector agency: lead solicitations (RFQ/IFB/RFP), draft and administer contracts, maintain contract repository and vendor onboarding, ensure federal/state compliance (HUD, Uniform Guidance), support audits, train staff, and drive process improvements to ensure timely, transparent, and cost-effective acquisitions.

Lead regulatory compliance for subsidized housing portfolio, manage Compliance team, ensure audit readiness, oversee Section 504 and Reasonable Accommodation processes, mitigate risk, deliver training, and maintain compliance KPIs and agency relationships.

Manage full-cycle property operations for larger or complex affordable housing communities: marketing and leasing, member relations, compliance with HUD/LIHTC/HOME, financial and budget management, maintenance coordination, staff supervision, and reporting to maximize occupancy, NOI, collections, and resident satisfaction.
