Support multi-family property operations including marketing and leasing, resident file and compliance management (HUD/LIHTC), rent posting in Yardi, vendor invoice processing, loss mitigation and resident relations. Assist with financial reporting, inspections, events, and assume Leasing Consultant duties when needed to maximize occupancy and NOI.

Manage full-cycle property operations for an affordable housing community: marketing and leasing, member relations, compliance with LIHTC/HOME/HUD rules, financial and budget management, maintenance coordination, staff supervision, reporting, and community engagement to meet occupancy, NOI, and member satisfaction goals.

Support management of multi-family affordable housing properties through leasing, resident services, regulatory compliance (HUD/LIHTC), financial recordkeeping in Yardi, KPI monitoring, and tenant relations. Assist with marketing, lease preparation, inspections, rent collection, vendor processing, and resident events while adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
