The Jury Consultant will perform tasks related to jury consulting, including research, jury selection, and client engagement, while leading projects from intake to delivery.

Senior Jury Consultant responsible for jury related litigation consulting including managing client communication, conducting research, moderating focus groups, and providing strategic recommendations.

Manage legal billing process: prepare, review, and submit invoices per client guidelines; use e-billing platforms; resolve discrepancies and client inquiries; ensure compliance and accurate invoicing.

Lead and grow a product support team for a live digital court reporting product (Maggie). Supervise analysts, triage and lead incident response for P0/P1 events, coordinate escalations to IT and engineering, run on-call rotations, develop runbooks/KB/training, track support metrics, provision hardware kits, and hire and train support staff.

Provide live technical support for Maggie court reporting product: triage and resolve product, hardware, network, and audio issues via tickets, calls, and chats; coordinate escalations to IT and engineering; file bug reports; maintain knowledge base; take on-call shifts for P0 incidents; build runbooks and hardware kits.

The Records Case Opening Coordinator will review and add client orders, prepare court subpoenas, answer client inquiries, and assist with problem-solving requirements.

Support jury research, mock trials, and focus groups by configuring and operating trial presentation and data-collection technology, managing AV logistics, capturing and editing video, building OnCue databases, troubleshooting live presentations, and coordinating with research and litigation teams. Frequent travel (40-50%) for on-site sessions required.

The Senior Accountant manages accounting operations, financial reporting, account reconciliations, revenue recognition, and supports compliance with standards while providing analysis to management.

The Staff Accountant prepares journal entries, reconciles accounts, and supports month-end close processes while collaborating across functions for accurate financial reporting.

Manage and grow a data engineering team, overseeing the design and maintenance of data platforms using Snowflake, dbt, and Azure. Drive best practices in data management and ensure reliable data movement and quality.
