Owns the company’s accounting and financial reporting function, including general ledger management, month-end and quarter-end close, reconciliations, technical accounting, tax compliance, internal controls, and audit preparation. Supervises a Staff Accountant, manages accounting systems, supports payroll and finance operations, prepares management reporting, and improves scalable processes. The role partners with the VP of Finance and contributes to FP&A, treasury, tax, forecasting, and other finance activities in a fast-growing startup.

Owns national, seasonal, partner, and customer campaigns from planning through launch, measurement, and debrief. Coordinates email, paid media, events, content, social, and web while maintaining campaign calendars, toolkits, owners, and timelines. Partners with Sales, Customer Success, regional teams, and creative stakeholders; reports pipeline and ROI performance; and recommends improvements for future campaigns.

Lead MagicSchool’s paid and organic acquisition strategy for B2C teachers and B2B schools and districts. Manage multi-million-dollar budgets across search, social, display, website conversion, lifecycle, and email marketing. Oversee agencies, contractors, web developers, reporting, campaign optimization, and a small team while partnering with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to drive signups, adoption, leads, pipeline, activation, and retention.
