Owns the vision, strategy, roadmap, feature definition, release planning, and performance measurement for IT clinical solution products. Partners with business and technical stakeholders on build-versus-buy decisions, architecture, licensing, change management, KPIs, ROI, migration, risk mitigation, and product adoption. Coordinates cross-functional delivery and vendor relationships while adapting product direction to changing business needs.

Supports utilization management peer-review workflows by researching cases, scheduling physician-to-physician reviews, documenting activities, preparing and proofreading approval or denial correspondence, and communicating results. Escalates risks, troubleshoots issues with internal teams and physicians, verifies guideline compliance, handles calls as needed, and helps train new specialists. Requires healthcare experience, strong customer interaction, writing, proofreading, organization, analytical, time-management, and Microsoft Office skills.

Leads enterprise cloud transformation strategy across AWS, Azure, or GCP; designs secure, scalable cloud infrastructure for data platforms; drives vulnerability remediation, DevOps/SecOps practices, reliability, and performance improvements; mentors engineers; conducts root cause analysis; and advises executives, business leaders, and technical stakeholders on cloud engineering initiatives.
