Develop and execute creative title-specific consumer and trade marketing campaigns across genres. Manage advertising, influencer programs, early reading platforms, social promotions, sales assets, budgets, reporting, and communication with authors, agents, editors, and sales.

Manage day-to-day administration of medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and voluntary benefits. Serve as primary employee contact, coordinate with carriers and vendors, handle enrollments, life events, terminations, payroll deductions, leaves of absence and accommodations, maintain benefits records, run orientations and communications, and ensure compliance with federal/state benefits laws.
