Design, execute, and automate test cases across functional, regression, performance, and integration testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to validate requirements, triage defects, perform root-cause analysis, and maintain test artifacts and environments. Drive QA process improvements and provide subject-matter expertise for customer-focused deliveries in a healthcare claims platform.
