Provide in-person customer service at a Flexdrive hub: support Express Drive rentals, check-in and return processing, prepare and inspect vehicles (fueling, cleaning, telematics, plates), manage lot organization and vehicle transport, escalate issues, and maintain vehicle compliance while representing the Lyft brand.
