The role involves owning paid acquisition and funnel performance by designing structured A/B tests, managing campaigns, and optimizing CAC and conversion rates.

Manage payment disputes and chargebacks end-to-end, prepare evidence packages, investigate failed or duplicate payments and subscription issues, coordinate with Customer Support, Pharmacy, Clinical Ops, and Finance, monitor fraud trends, maintain accurate records, and recommend process improvements to reduce chargebacks and improve payment success.

Manage HR lifecycle processes including onboarding and compliance while also leading technical and non-technical recruiting across multiple regions.
