Teams at Luggage Forward

Provide in-person customer support in the mornings (phone, email, chat, Zendesk) and perform logistics/packet preparation and coordination in the afternoons. Maintain accurate records, flag shipment issues, coordinate with partners, and support continuous improvement and operational workflows.
