Represent Lovesac at third-party in-store events and local stores, delivering product demonstrations, driving sales, setting up/taking down displays, and maintaining visual standards. Engage customers, manage quotes and transactions, support post-purchase experience, gather feedback, and meet event and individual sales KPIs while following company and vendor policies.

Provide welcoming in-store customer service, use Lovesac selling techniques to meet sales goals, demo products, manage quotes and close sales. Maintain merchandising and store operations (opening/closing, inventory, exchanges), perform customer outreach via company tools, resolve issues, assist across omni-channel touchpoints, and perform physical tasks including lifting and assembling furniture.
