Leads regional purchasing and procurement activities, including material and tool acquisition, vendor management, purchasing team leadership, contract compliance, cost control, and process improvement. Collaborates with project and operations managers to resolve material issues, optimize pricing, maintain supply continuity, and support construction project execution. Oversees purchase orders, invoices, vendor evaluations, market analysis, and strategic sourcing initiatives across the region.

Designs, develops, and deploys AI-powered tools, agents, workflows, and enterprise applications. Partners with business and operations stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and integrate LLMs, APIs, cloud AI services, and enterprise technologies. Establishes prompt engineering, validation, governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices while creating user interfaces and dashboards. Evaluates emerging technologies and contributes to AI architecture, strategy, and innovation initiatives.

Owns the lifecycle of operational systems and initiatives for field construction operations. Responsibilities include field discovery, workflow and prototype development, coordination with IT and developers, user acceptance testing, training, rollout management, leadership communication, and post-implementation support. The role requires translating field needs into practical technology solutions, supporting system adoption, and traveling to construction sites as needed.
