Design, provision, and scale AWS infrastructure with Terraform; manage ECS/EC2 environments; support CI/CD for Node.js and React apps; monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents; create SOPs; enforce security best practices and PCI compliance; participate in on-call and incident response; manage relational and caching data layers; collaborate with developers to improve deployment, observability, and reliability.

Apply payments and record cash receipts, manage AR aging and reconciliations, process refunds and refund journals, enter and post refund invoices and batches, record journal entries, support external audits, and collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Operations to resolve issues and maximize revenue while backing up teammates.

Manage high-volume accounts payable operations including invoice processing, payment runs (checks, ACH, wires, credit cards), vendor reconciliations, W-9/W-8 maintenance, SOX and IRS compliance, remote check deposits, audit support, and cross-functional AP policy enforcement to ensure timely, accurate financial operations.
