Lead and scale the Solutions Consulting (presales) team to partner with Sales, build SC strategy and enablement, drive demos/RFPs, guide technical integration conversations (SSO/APIs/Ed-Fi/OneRoster), and support strategic, complex K-12 opportunities while ensuring cross-functional feedback into Product and overseeing team metrics, hiring, and development.

Provide technical support for the Alio/LINQ ERP suite to K–12 district customers via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot issues, document cases in Salesforce, report defects/enhancements, create training materials, and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer problems.

Provide technical support for LINQ Nutrition product suite via calls, email, and chat; troubleshoot and document issues in Salesforce; create training and product documentation; log defects and enhancement requests; collaborate cross-functionally and maintain product knowledge to deliver excellent customer service.
