Own the LINQ Connect and School Fees product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, backlog prioritization, roadmap development, agile delivery, launches, and iteration. Translate business, regulatory, and user needs into product requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and tradeoffs, and use research, customer feedback, competitive insights, and data to improve family and district outcomes.

Supports client retention, satisfaction, adoption, and growth through digital engagement. Responsibilities include hosting webinars and office hours, managing email and automated campaigns, creating enablement content and newsletters, supporting renewals, identifying upsell opportunities, promoting payment adoption, moderating customer communities, and coordinating escalations. The role partners with client success and sales teams while building strong client relationships and delivering proactive, solution-focused support.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of LINQ's payment and platform applications. Implement scalable, secure features across frontend (Angular) and backend (Node, .NET), own production operations, influence architecture and technical roadmap, mentor engineers, drive CI/CD and cloud-native practices, and collaborate in an agile remote environment.
