Own LINQ’s reporting and analytics product across ERP, Nutrition, Payments, and State product lines. Responsibilities include setting the roadmap, selecting and implementing a BI platform, defining customer problems, prioritizing the backlog, writing requirements, driving engineering delivery, building investment cases, and guiding data infrastructure decisions. The role requires cross-functional stakeholder alignment, customer discovery, risk management, and product strategy leadership.

Lead and develop engineering teams delivering reliable software across LINQ’s platform. Manage six engineers and coordinate offshore and nearshore contributors, owning delivery, hiring, performance, technical roadmaps, architecture reviews, code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and infrastructure modernization. Serve as a player/coach, partnering with Product and Engineering leadership while promoting evidence-based practices, responsible AI-assisted development, and clear communication.

Own the LINQ Connect and School Fees product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, backlog prioritization, roadmap development, agile delivery, launches, and iteration. Translate business, regulatory, and user needs into product requirements, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage dependencies and tradeoffs, and use research, customer feedback, competitive insights, and data to improve family and district outcomes.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of LINQ's payment and platform applications. Implement scalable, secure features across frontend (Angular) and backend (Node, .NET), own production operations, influence architecture and technical roadmap, mentor engineers, drive CI/CD and cloud-native practices, and collaborate in an agile remote environment.

Supports presales activities for LINQ Nutrition solutions, including discovery, demonstrations, presentations, RFP responses, solution configuration, competitive positioning, and sales strategy. Partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to communicate customer needs, support launches, provide roadmap insights, assist with complex implementations, and help retain at-risk accounts. The role requires strong storytelling, technical learning ability, cross-functional collaboration, and frequent travel.
