Lead a 5–8 person cross-functional engineering pod (AI, web, backend, infra) as a player-coach: prioritize work, make technical decisions, manage performance, hire and grow engineers, translate architecture into executable sprints, collaborate with product/design/customers, and adopt AI coding tools to increase engineering leverage.

Build and lead the customer success function: design onboarding playbooks, own end-to-end onboarding, define client success outcomes, run proactive check-ins, monitor usage and sentiment, drive retention and expansion, deliver structured feedback to product, and partner with AEC experts to maximize customer value.

Drive full-cycle enterprise sales into commercial developers and general contractors: source and manage pipeline, run discovery and demos, close deals, collaborate with AEC experts, and provide market feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategy.
