Develops manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, workstations, documentation, and time standards for electric vehicle production. Partners with production, quality, and engineering teams to improve safety, capacity, yield, and quality through Lean and Six Sigma methods. Responsibilities include equipment procurement, process troubleshooting, corrective actions, line balancing, cost estimation, production readiness, and launch support.

Own full-cycle recruiting across all company functions, partnering with hiring managers on role definition, sourcing, interviews, offers, and candidate experience. Build scalable recruiting processes, employer branding, and sourcing strategies; manage the Lever ATS, recruiting vendors, agencies, and contractors; track funnel metrics; support workforce planning; and represent the company at recruiting events while championing culture and values.

Develop and maintain manufacturing quality standards and product quality plans for luxury electric recreational vehicles. Lead supplier and production quality investigations, root-cause and corrective actions, MRB, change control, process capability analysis, FMEA mitigation, and continuous improvement. Support equipment and test-plan development, production sorting and rework, operator training, and supplier issue resolution while collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, design, and supply chain. Travel to suppliers up to 20% of the time.
