Design and build intuitive Android and iOS applications that present vehicle telemetry and controls. Integrate cloud services and backend APIs, develop cloud server components, collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow SDLC best practices, and maintain documentation and code quality.

Lead a production team to meet output, quality, and safety targets. Manage daily floor operations, coaching ~20+ associates, monitor KPIs, drive continuous improvement (Kaizen, 5S), ensure materials availability, complete build documentation, and collaborate with Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality.
