Design, develop, configure, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements. Provide architecture guidance, script business logic, support rollouts, analyze performance, and collaborate with stakeholders using Agile methods to maintain platform stability and integrations.

Lead design, development, integration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions (ITSM/ITOM/HRSD/App Engine/Service Portal). Build workflows, custom UI/widgets, integrations, and enforce security/RBAC. Mentor developers, collaborate with stakeholders, troubleshoot and optimize platform performance within Agile teams, and document architectures.

Lead requirements gathering and process design for federal clients, translate mission needs into ServiceNow solutions, ensure compliance with federal standards, create user stories and UAT plans, mentor junior staff, perform gap analysis and peer reviews, and produce federal-grade deliverables and SOPs.
