Own full-stack modernization of complex federal legacy systems using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, React, and relational databases. Develop, configure, and implement baseline and custom ServiceNow applications and enhancements for federal clients. Create scripts, workflows, ACLs, and integrations; advise teams on platform best practices; analyze performance issues; translate business requirements into technical solutions; and support application rollouts across multiple instances and domains using Agile/Scrum practices.

Leads requirements gathering, process design, gap analysis, backlog quality, and user acceptance testing for federal ServiceNow implementations. Translates mission needs into user stories, workflows, functional specifications, and scalable out-of-the-box solutions. Collaborates with stakeholders, architects, Agile teams, and government personnel while ensuring compliance with Section 508, FISMA, and NIST controls. Develops SOPs, user guides, training materials, and test scripts, and mentors junior analysts and developers.

Manage and optimize multiple platforms, CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and production processes. Improve system reliability, troubleshoot degraded services, maintain containerized infrastructure, and enhance monitoring, logging, and security. The role involves AWS, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes platforms, configuration management, and tools including PrismaCloud, Tenable, New Relic, and Splunk. Candidates must collaborate cross-functionally, document systems, communicate effectively, and hold U.S. citizenship with an active Public Trust clearance.

Develop and enhance ServiceNow applications for federal clients, including configuration, custom development, integrations, scripting, workflows, ACLs, and performance improvements. Provide architectural guidance, advise functional and administrative teams, translate business requirements into technical solutions, support multiple instances and domains, and participate in Agile/Scrum delivery. The role also involves platform stability, enterprise monitoring, customer collaboration, and analysis of large datasets.
